Accessible shopping areas..... restaurants....eateries.... supermarket....gear to Hong Kong/ Asian market with shopping centre as focal point.....
Food court is clean n better than others
Convenient place!
Has a good food court with lots of combos and cheap takeout or eat in options. Washroom cleanliness is what is expected at a mall. Supermarket inside the mall is ok, but hard to compete with Bestco across from it.
