I recently visited Chartwell Shopping Centre, and overall, it was an okay experience. The shopping center has a decent selection of stores, ranging from popular fashion brands to specialty boutiques. While the staff was generally friendly, I didn't find them to be particularly attentive or helpful. The atmosphere was lively, but it did feel a bit crowded and chaotic at times. The food court restaurants here are great. Pricing is phenomenal. I had bitter melon on rice with tea for under $10. You can order a dinner for three for $27.
Food court have lot of different kind of food
Since my last few visits, this neighbourhood plaza has become busier and has even hosted media events. The stores have remained much the same though the supermarket beside the food court is now a greengrocer's. Food court outlets are still in service but have digitized their menus in the change of times. Consider taking transit if possible because parking can fill up, especially during peak times at the banquet hall!
