I would give it 3.5 stars. There is a restaurant, a bakery, One's for miscellaneous houdeshold item. There is a food court and a place you can get fruit and vegetables. A store for some Hong Kong or Chinese videos and movies and and IT store. Surely there is a store you can get cellphone plan. If you need more Chinese grocery, you can cross the parking and you will find one, a dessert place, a sushi place. So all in all, worthwhile to visit . Cantonese mall that gets busy during the meal hours. Not much stores available if you are looking for clothing or shoes, but there is a good housewares store inside and a very good food court. Washrooms are a bit dirty. Parking is plentiful.
