This is hard for us, because we do not like leaving bad reviews. We contacted Chastain in February 2023. We wanted to make sure all gutter, soffit, bird boxes, frieze boards, *****, gables, and flashing and decking damage was addressed, we kept going back and for forth for a couple months, due to the contract not stating the exact measurements (gutter, soffit, fascia, CDX, ***, Flashing etc) of what we needed it to state as far as measurements of what is covered (so not to have to pay big fees on the back end), and the CDX f... read more
