Overall, living here has been much more pleasurable than some of the other communities I have before. No place is perfect and problems are going to come up from time to time. I do wish they could find someone to help with the exterior lighting situation, it is very dim around here and I feel like that is a safety issue. I know they are having trouble finding an electrician to fix the issues though. But overall it's a nice quiet community most times and great amenities!

As I walk around the community (which for the most part is safe) I see so many vacant apartments, so many! I believe there are more vacancies than there are tenants here. But as I continue to live here, I'm understanding why. When we first moved here a few years ago, this was a wonderful community. Things were taking care of and it was truly a nice place to live but over time that has greatly diminished.
