Dr. Trey has handled various challenges with long lasting, beautiful and secure solutions. I have been happier in the last twenty years of our relationship than the previous forty years of various relationships with other dentists.
Excellent cleaning and as always great communication between doctors and patients. Highly recommend. Staff is wonderful to work with and they all really care about their patients. Only wish insurance was taken.
After moving to the area I was unable to find a dental office where I felt comfortable and confident. Dr. Carico has been amazing and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make each appointment as smooth as possible.
I have been a patient at Chattanooga Center for Comprehensive Dentistry since we moved to Chattanooga. Dr. Trey (Paul Carico III) has done several crowns for me, including one in progress currently. He has been very educational in explaining the challenges that need to be addressed more imminently vs. those that WILL need to be addressed but perhaps could wait when my finances are tighter. After my TMJ specialist retired in 2022, I had nobody to care for my oral appliances or give me regular check ups. After almost 3 years my jaws were in constant pain. After searching the internet, and talking with multiple dental professionals, I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Carico. I could not be happier with the results. It has been a month. I have my custom oral appliance and my pain level gets better by the day. Finding Dr. Carico has been a lifesaver!
I have been a patient of Dr. Carrico III for several years. I recommend him to everyone.. as well as his wonderful staff. He has done outstanding dental work for me, including placing a very challenging implant perfectly. I am very happy to be one of his patients.
