They are really nice people who come when they say they are going to, get their job done and leave. All of the employees who come out to your home are nice and polite young men. I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone associated with DC Cheek!
Always on time and professional! We've replaced all of our units since buying our home in 2013. DC Cheek inspected the original units, made cost effective recommendations, and had them installed within 24 hours. We also purchase the maintenance package each year, and it's been the best decision. The technicians are great and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Back in December, my heat went out in house. As a fairly new homeowner, I had never called for any sort of contractor before so I was leery. Thank you guys! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the extremely helpful techs. My main furnace stopped working, Cody from DC Cheek came the next day and did a proper inspection BEFORE attempting to turn the unit on and found a significant crack on the backside of one of my chambers. The only way to see it was by pulling the coil out. I had been experiencing severe headaches, stomach issues and exhaustion, but never thought it was due to my furnace. DC Cheek is as good as it gets. They treat us like family, and we wouldn't choose anyone else. We've had DC Cheek replace a furnace, re-insulate crawlspace ductwork, ductwork cleaning, replace a busted pipe in our wall, and replace our air handler. Plain and simple, we trust them.
