I came here for an IUI that didn’t work followed by an IVF that didn’t work since I’m in a same sex marriage. The nurses were super nice and the after hours line was very helpful when I had questions about the protocol. The doctors were also nice. There was normally no wait time for appointments which was helpful as I was fitting them into my workday. I think they could improve on communication about outcomes. For example, in our initial consult Dr. Hartog told us IUI had a 25% success rate which is why we wanted to try it. ... read more
