We, went for the prime rib special, which is a great value however, the one plate was over cooked when it did it come out. It did come out better the second time it’s just that I had to wait and eat all of my mash potatoes which were a home Run, but would have been even better with my prime rib. The atmosphere and view are fabulous. The restaurant was very clean. Jamie was an exceptional server— kind, friendly and personable!! The food was outstanding!! Can’t wait to go back!

This is our third time eating there and all 3 times we're fantastic. The seafood combination was so fresh and delicious and I also got the meatloaf which was unreal... And the desserts we're great along with the waiters and staff

We love this dot with a sky view of the boardwalk and beach. Lively happy hour crowd. The menu is limited and well-executed. Real plus, for me is finding the menu descriptions match exactly with the items served.

Delicious dinner this past weekend! We had 5pm reservations so that we could be at a concert on time. The doors opened promptly and we were seated right away. The restaurant filled up within minutes. The meal was excellent and our server, Jamie, was fantastic. Try the crushed pineapple margarita - it's a 10! Great ocean views. My only negative thought is that I would say the restaurant is due for a style update.

We enjoyed our dinner at Chelsea 5 with 6pm reservations. We were seated at a lovely table along a window facing the ocean. Our server Jaime was delightful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We asked for suggestions which he expertly explained. We opted for cocktails and several smaller plates vs a full dinner. The Manhattan was tasty as was Chardonney the Mrs. had. From check in for our reservation to seating, to service staff. P, great, pleasant, friendly experience. Food was spot on. Service, our waiter(JAIME) was courteous, friendly and most accommodating. I recommend this restaurant as a very good choice.
