We were told today that our son's cyst removal was not a medical necessity. He has been battling this cyst for 3 years now, between it being drained and on & off antibiotics. He ended up at Pinnacle because we initially took him in to his regular doctor because he had a golf ball size bump sticking out of his jaw. I think it's a medical necessity when he has a sizable bump sticking out of his jaw that requires regular draining & antibiotics. I don't want my son on antibiotics for the rest of his life to control it.
During my out patient appointment today, All of the Assistants did a great job, being the office was pretty busy,, I was also impressed by Dr. Chelsea St. Claire,, today was my first time meeting her,, She displayed a professional care and did an awesome job with my procedure!!! Thank you all for caring so deeply!!
