Just as we were about to give up, our realtor suggested we speak with Chelsey. What i liked about our conversation was the fact that she had a plan in the event she was not able to get us approved. We got approved and Chelsey and her staff was in contact throughout the whole process letting us know where we were in the process. Communication go a long way especially being a first time buyer.

Just as we were ready to give up, our realtor suggested we talk to Chelsey. She had a plan to get us approved one way or the other which was great. Once approved, it was smooth sailing it was such a breeze i was waiting for something to go wrong as everything was going too smooth. We closed on 9/16/22 and I'm still in disbelief because the process was so smooth. Chelsey and her team were awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
