Chelsey did well to maintain an open line of communication. She was available via phone call or text day or night. What could have been better was the communication between Chelsey and her staff members. I had to send documents to her staff members that were already sent to Chelsey at an earlier time, and vice versa. Though this was inconvenient, this only happened 2 times and did not negatively affect the process or closing date. Overall, Chelsey and her team were great to work with!
