The WORST experience of my life. My poor dog lost her leg due to veterinarian and his negligence!! Avoid at all cost.
Recommendedthey seem to be really caring until it comes to payment. My Rowena has a large tumor in her jaw i am so stressed out and scared it may spread. The vet said $900. I have insurance on her, it pays 90%. I struggled to come up with $800. insurance will reimburse within 5days from surgery date. They said no they won't take $800. and pay 100. a wk later. I think that is cruel 😢 I started a gofundme acct. with no help. I am so scared for my girl. what should I do???

As we spoke on the phone, what we are being asked to do, and as you have clearly explained here, is textbook insurance fraud. We cannot tell the insurance company that you have paid the full amount in order for you to be reimbursed by the insurance company for an amount you have not paid for you to then use that money to pay us on a post-dated insurance claim. I am compelled to share a distressing experience at Cherrelyn Animal Hospital, which has drastically changed my view of this establishment. This review comes after several visits, most of which were amazing, primarily due to the excellent service provided by the staff including Dillon, vet techs, and Dr. Ryan Waznik, who previously treated our pets with utmost care and professionalism. WORST EXPERIENCE and they ripped me off! My dog has allergies and Dr Koster asked if I had her allergy tested, I said no as I not only read but other Vets had told me these blood allergy tests are not accurate. But he assured me the company they use is accurate and he’s had excellent results with some of his patients. I brought in my 14 yr old dog because he had stopped eating and his legs were failing at a very rapid pace over the course of a week. I knew I would be having to make the dreaded decision to put my dog down in the near future. After letting the vet know what was happening with my dog, he determined that it was arthritis and sent us home with 3 arthritis medications and a $500 bill. A few days after having dogs teeth cleaned he would randomly pee in the house. He was on meds so i called back to ask if any could cause pee. Nope bring back to have looked at. $350 and more meds later he was still pee in house. I looked up each med online and one had side effect of urination. Stopped giving meds and stopped pee.
