Great compassionate care. Our hound dogs love the staff and so do we.
RecommendedDr. Ruger and staff are amazing, caring people. They did all they could for our 7 year old boxer who suddenly had cancer, and we are so thankful for their compassion. Their referrals have always been top notch as well. (Oncologist, etc.) Although we had to put Amber down today, the staff were there to allow us tears, time and heart felt words. We started coming to Cherry Grove on a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did. Dr.Rueger and Dr.Lambert are both excellent veterinarians. They are sure to consider all possibilities, procedures, causes and weigh positives and negatives to allow you to make informed decisions. If they do not know the answers, they will admit they don't and refer you to a specialist that can help. This is the true sign of a professional without an ego. Could not have picked a better vets office. Everyone there is great and they always treat my babies like Queens and Kings.
Took Jack in today. Treated him like an old friend. Dr. Steffen was great! She diagnosed his problem and offered great advice. Glad to know my boy is under such great care. Everyone was so friendly! Thanks!!
