Cheryl to the rescue again! The first time we closed on our new home, she made us comfortable and informed on any questions we had about the process. This time around with refi, it was no different. The process was great. We felt informed throughout the process although there were some issues outside of the loan process that delayed us a bit. Overall we are extremely satisfied with how the process as a whole was handled. Cheryl is amazing!
