Dr. Malone not only cleared my ears completely but has recently focused on my sinus’ with successful rinsing of them leaving my head and sinus’ never feeling better. He explains everything in ways I can understand. The receptionists are super nice and always make me feel welcomed as well as send me reminder texts and emails for upcoming appts. One thousand recent would recommend!
The office is well organized and staff appear to be working but not stressed. All of our appointments were timely, comprehensive and pleasant. Asha made sure my daughter was informed snd comfortable. She rocks! Dr Malone was kind, caring and very thorough. Thank you for your time, professionalism and for helping my daughter with her ears!
Do NOT NOT NOT go to Chesapeake ENT-Columbus Center under any circumstances. PA Leila Miller referred me to EVMS on May 15 for apparently a serious ear condition. As of July 10, EVMS has not received the notes and information it needs from Chesapeake ENT. I have called a dozen times with no returns. I returned to the office with specific written instructions and still nothing has been sent. Go ANYWHERE else.
I received decent treatment and got some relief from sinus issues, but the doctors did not address my initial concerns. Moreover, after several scopes and CT scans, there was no conclusion reached. The bigger problem is that I cannot reach the office I need to schedule any sort of follow-up. Their phone service never picks up, they are unresponsive to message, and the the office hours are inconsistent and listed wrong on their website. The barrier to contacting this company is unprofessional and unacceptable.
While in the office, my wife is treated great but trying to get a response from them by email or phone call is nearly impossible. My wife has been trying to get her medicine refill we think Dr. Miller said she was sending to the pharmacy but no luck. The pharmacist also said they sent the request but have not recieved a response form theoffice. I work for a Healthcare Facility and it is extremely hard to get someone on the phone to either set an appointment or pay a bill. Never have I tried to reach out to them, that someone answer. It takes several tries and maybe a message to get through. But they will call you when there is a problem with scheduling or billing.
I've tried every phone number on line. Not a single person has answered. It is Thursday afternoon between 2 and 3 o'clock.
I've called multiple times to make an appointment for my Mother. I have left 5 voice messages and nobody has called back. Got a text saying they've tried calling but my line is always busy. I have no missed calls from them nor has my phone been busy!
This experience was ok at first and became horrible. Am I being ghosted by the office?. I went through the whole testing process that they wanted. And this process took around 6 months to get done. All of a sudden my balloon sinuplasty is not covered by my insurance… however I have received a physical letter from my insurance saying the procedure and meds were covered. Tried to contact the office. Been two weeks, no response. Truly not professional and crappy way to treat a client.
