FANTASTIC ENT! I saw Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) Physician Assistant (PA) Christopher Porter today 2/17/25 at the Corporate Landing location. He was professional, informative, kind, helpful, & solved my ear problem. All of my questions were answered and I felt heard. I was able to see on their monitor what the inside of my ears looked like prior, during, & after the suction wax removal procedure which was very helpful. When making an appointment I specifically asked if I needed a referral or had a copayment and they said no, took off work, showed up, waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, just to find out that I needed a referral and had a copayment. Needless to say when I get my referral it will not be to this practice
Dr. Saffold has been an absolute GODSEND to me. He’s very caring and does his job with the upmost professionalism. Christopher Porter, NP was also AWESOME prior to my procedure, he made sure I was completely comfortable and trust me, after all that I have gone through recently, that is not an easy task. I only went once to this specific office, usually I go to Norfolk and so I MUST give a shout out to Graham and Jo as well. The staff is always so sweet and Profesional. The Dr's really care about your treatment and do everything in their power to get you comfortable as soon as possible. I have never had a more positive Healthcare experience.
My experience was good, I went in for an ear cleaning because my ears were impacted. The doctor and his assistant were very friendly and the Doctor was assuring that everything was going to be fine and it turned out it really was, Im not a fan of medical building's, make of that what you will. The only con I have to give Chesapeake Bay ENT is I guess lack of communication?
