Everyone is so nice! Especially my DH, Maria! Thanks for taking good care of my teeth, oh and for having such a clean , nicely decorated office.
Finally found my dentist. After moving it is always so hard to find someone you can feel comfortable with. Everyone was great. They even participate in our insurance plan.
As always, I was impressed today with the professional knowledge and skills of all the employees at Chesapeake. The front desk and office worked with me through my many insurance issues and questions and gave me excellent scheduling opportunities. The cleaning & x-ray procedures were perfect, the staff bright and friendly. All my needs were met efficiently as usual. I've never had a negative experience at Chesapeake in almost 20 years.
As always, the staff are professional, compassionate, and understanding of the uniqueness of every person's needs.
I think I should preface this review by stating that before I started going to Chesapeake Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, I more than most hated going to the dentist. Since an early age I have dreaded going to the dentist's office because of sensitive teeth and painful procedures and exams. The staff of CCFD made my first visit to the dentist in over 5 years an extremely pleasant experience. From the minute I walked in until I was scheduled for my next appointment, everyone seemed to completely enjoy the work they did. Super staff and excellent environment.
