We cannot say enough good things about working with Liz. Going with her as our realtor seriously was the best decision ever. She knew the area, had good contacts, was agressive and helpful, but clearly always had our best interest in mind and we never felt pushed. She got us our dream home in Pepper Pike and sold our home in Lyndhurst all within 1 week of each other. Not to mention also in the middle of the pandemic. We recommend Liz to everyone we know because we wouldn’t be in our amazing new home without her help!

Babette Kestner was the best realtor agent that I could have ever asked for. I was a new homeowner so everything was new to me. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She walked me through every step of my home buying process, which made me feel comfortable all the time and made me see the process as something simple. I was constlantly having questions and she was always there to answer them 24/7 no matter the day and time. When we were house hunting, she knew the housing market pretty well. She was very diligent in finding my preferred home style and location. She was alway looking for the best option that fit my needs and advocating and supporting me during the negotiation, inspection and closing. Babette and her Chestnut Hill Realty team were very accommodating to my busy schedule. She made all this process smooth, enjoyable and fun. I will definitely contact her in the future!

Mike Armstrong was my real estate agent as I bought a new home and sold my condominium. In buying, he was diligent in seeking out specific listings in my preferred area. He worked closely with the seller's agent during each step of the inspection, negotiation, buying and closing process.
In selling my condo he researched recent sales to assure I received the highest price. He managed the details so that the closing was as prompt and smooth as possible. I highly recommend his assistance, support and attention to detail.

Liz was a huge help to us in selling our Cleveland Heights home. While her area of expertise is all over the east side, we were delighted that she really understood our particular town. Within minutes, we knew she was the realtor we'd choose, and before we even confirmed our arrangement, she'd showed us what to do to make our home more attractive to buyers. She always returned emails in short order, explained processes, and, frankly, made the whole episode a lot more fun than I'd imagined. We would recommend her to anyone, and they'd count themselves lucky to have her on their side.
