WOW!! What a great experience with service department. I was traveling through this area and and my 2018 Duramax deiseal went into limp mode due to a DEF line detaching from pump.I was treated respect and concern in my time of need along with diagnosing and fixing my problem in a timely matter!! I couldn't of asked for an better experience. THANKS

Our first experience with Meridian Chevrolet was last year about this same time a year ago on our way to Biloxi to visit family. We were having engine power issues coming from Michigan with our 2006 Chevy Duromax Diesel pulling an RV. As we were limping along the nearest Chevy Dealer was Meridian we called Service and talked to Ashley who said I will meet you at the curb, direct us to where to park next door so we could unhook our RV and get the truck inside where Buck, the Diesel expert was waiting to start work. Very friendly. Clean facility. Work was done on a timely matter. One thing that upset me was they said, they check my air in my tires and never did. They said there was 35 lbs and it was the same amount in there when it went in for service. Now, I am questioning if they did a tire rotation.
