My husband and I have done business with Nelson Hall that’s now Meridian Chevrolet for a long time. The service is very good and friendly. My husband is a Chevrolet person. I see some new faces since the Duff Brothers have took over. We know the business will be run better and more vehicles for the customers. Thank you, to the Duff Brothers for taking over. They run good businesses all over. Now they will run the Meridian Chevrolet as it should be. Waiting to see it grow and more vehicles on the lot.
I took in because I got a recall letter. They looked at my suv, and said they didn't have the part, but would order it. They said they would let me know when it came in. They sent a card once the 18th, and another on the 19th, just to be sure I got the message. When I took it in, they were very polite and courteous, even answering other questions. They didn't pressure me in any way and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely use them again.
