Had an appointment for my new dog on Jan 18. They called the day of the appointment and changed it to the 20th. Then on the 20th, they called and changed it again. Long story short, I never got in and ended up going somewhere more reliable. They never gave me a reason why they kept changing it.

was charged 500 for a broken tibia on my six week old kitten. the leg has still not succesfully healed and will be permenetly crooked. I felt completly ripped off.

To whom it may concern: I hope your staff can sleep at night due to your staff member who made a 70 yr old woman cry. She has been with your clinic since the late 60's when Dr. Burdette (retired) was in charged. This is probably longer than most of you have been on this earth. She has one dog in particularly that she brings almost monthly. If it was up to your staff, it would be monthly at around 200.00 a pop for med check for seizures. Found a stray dog today on the Orin Rice Road, very remote, he was thin, disoriented, his pads were heavily worn, and he was very thirsty. I quickly dialed the clinic, no answer. So it was on my way home, I stopped in as there were 4 or 5 cars in their lot.
