RecommendedI took my son there today, and they were great with him. He is on the autism spectrum and gets very excited and rambunctious when he goes to the dentist and unfamiliar places. They were patient and calm with him the whole time. :)
This is an amazing team! They take care of my disabled son so well. The staff is awesome and very patient with my child. Would recommend to everyone!
I am Colton Hill and I'm 9 years old. I have been going to Children's Choice Pediatric for 4 years now and I have no cavities. Actually, I am not scared going the the dentist because they are nice and friendly. Thanks to the dentist and the staff for treating me so well. By the way, they have video games to play with in the waiting room.
Really not a pleasant experience, here… if you’re reading this, I highly recommend you find another dentist. Our first visit was incredibly lackluster and the dental assistant was beyond incompetent.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! The dentist is not always a “fun” place to go, but this is a pediatric dental office you’d think they would do what they can to make kids feel comfortable. My son has had 2 traumatic appts (due to dental issues) this was his 3rd and final “bad” appt. The dentist was clearly upset and mad at my son when he wouldn’t cooperate and was scared pushing the dentist away and crying for mom. They are not nice, they are not good with children.
Very bad customer service Dentist didn’t want to treat my son only because he was a little fussy, he just needed to calm down. Incompetent front office staff, took down my husband’s insurance information twice over the phone, but when we arrived for the appointment they still didn’t have it. When we called we said we need a treatment appointment, because the other office we usually go to didn’t have any appointments available during our timeframe. Sadly this location has a terrible contract with a Anesthesia who is terrible!! My granddaughter is 3 and was referred to have surgery back in June of 2019. We have been waiting for Jacquelene Chajon the scheduler to call us to get a appointment. My daughter and I have left numerous messages but she refuses to call or schedule my granddaughter because she got upset that I called to make the appointment and asked her to show me policy that said I couldn’t schedule a appointment for my granddaughter.
