RecommendedI think they need to take COVID a little more serious and make people where mask and it was so packed in the waiting room .As soon as I walked in I asked why is there so many people in here I waited in the car until they called my son then when we got in the back people still didn’t have mask on
Over books every appointment time slots. Here today with my kids and the one person wearing a mask isn’t even wearing it right. They filled a lobby with eight o clock appointments.
My child has a toothache. Made an appointment to see the dentist. We were supposed to get antibiotics for an infection. It took 3 days to get the prescription called in. They blamed the pharmacy, but their story doesn’t add up. Had to make 4 phone calls to the office and 5 to the pharmacy. Meanwhile, my child’s mouth is still infected. Inexcusable. We will not be back.
Horrible unorganized office . Files were switched and my daughter almost had a tooth extracted and the girl said I signed off for it . Going to find a new dentist
Used to love this places but this last visit really soured me. Was complete chaos, the girl that did xray was rude and down right mean to the kids, you spend over an hour waiting for maybe 10 minutes with actual people. Highly disappointed. Not the same friendly, fairly quick place it used to be.
Looked into having orthodontic work done on my child with a 14 MM OVERBITE. I found the front part of the office busy but fun for kids and distracting but the actual exam area was chaotic and crowded and extremely unpleasant if your kid aren't young and easily distracted by a screen. It was a sure thing that insurance would cover it but they took entirely too long, so I moved on to Western Dental and started the process almost immediately. My guess would be that you would like this place if you had never been anywhere better. The lobby is nice, as is the staff at the front desk. It is so chaotic when the kids go back to have their exam. There is music in the front, music in the back, TV’s playing different movies at the same time, tablets, and more people than I have ever seen in a single office walking around. Owner is very rude and impatient if things don’t go his way would def NOT recommend
Most of the staff are friendly and courteous. The ipads are nice for the kids to keep them occupied. The concept is a little odd but it sort of works. I would suggest that the nurses explain the process so the parents and children understand what to expect, especially on the first visit.
