Have taken the kids since they were little...since we moved was intending to go to a local dentist but the kids like this dentist enough to make the ride to Medford - I have never felt the high pressure sales to have lots of work done that our other adult dentist tends to recommend...even with a high anxiety kid they have managed to make this a pleasant experience!
I asked a simple question. I think the dental assistant could have been a little more understanding when I asked a question about a procedure taking place. I don't think they should assume we know what is going to happen and how. I believe this is what they are there for, to educate the parents thoroughly when it's regarding a young child. I haven't had a "filling" and wasn't sure how they go about it and I usually like to prepare my child ahead of time before any big events like this with doctors/ dentists. They are the best. We always feel welcome and relaxed. My boys are the second generation of clients. I myself was a patient many years ago and I travel 30 minutes for my children to be able to have the best dental care. They are always on time and do such a wonderful, thorough job. Is very rare for children to enjoy going to the dentist. I can't say enough good things about them.
I always feel @ home here. The staff goes above & beyond all the time!! They make you feel like family.
Very professional yet very friendly to kids. My daughter's were not nervous at all and liked being there. Absolutely great place. They make kids comfortable and relaxed.
