It was my son's first time for filling and just walked in and never explained anything. The assistant was great, but he was not. I have been going there for several years but this time I was very disappointed!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! After scheduling my 9 month old for his first visit, I checked the reviews (I know I should have done this before, but he needs to get his teeth checked). When I called on Tuesday to cancel his appt because of the reviews I had read (I'm not going to lie to the office staff about why I don't want to bring him in), the receptionist, Beatrice, was extremely rude to me and tried to argue with me and told me I needed to do better research.
