BULLY and has no patience for children!! I would never leave my child alone with this man!!! If I could give a 0 star I would!! He was awful. BULLY. Straight up BULLY. I should start by saying that I have a huge amount of respect for people in this profession. I have never written a review of this nature, but after our experience today, I feel I would be remiss if I did not discourage others from seeking care at this practice. Today I took my 5-year-old daughter to Dr. Hans. She is very shy and anxious about going to the dentist. I would personally like to thank Dr. Hans for proving that you should always get a second opinion. After visiting Dr. Hans where he told me that my daughter needed a large amount of dental work (after he told my husband something completely different) and crowns put on her baby teeth, we went for a second opinion and found that Dr. Hans’ evaluation was wrong. They seem great at first but you know what they say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. My daughter had a lot of work that needed to be done (about $2000 worth) because she had always been to scared to sit for the dentist. Dr Hans seemed great and the staff said that due to the amount of work that needed to be done, they would work with me. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by a nice staff and awesome atmosphere that caters to children. However our main concern in choosing this practice was that they accepted our insurance. I wish they did, but unfortunately they don't. So if your looking for a place to take your children that does great work in a great kid friendly atmosphere Check them out. Just make sure they are in your insurance network of providers.
