10/23/2023: appointment time 1:40 pm. ask for prescription to be sent to Starkville, MS. When got to starkville pharmacy, no prescription found. called CHCC office at 4:17 pm, the receptionist said prescription was sent to Columbus, MS and she suggest that it's only Amoxicillin and should be no problem for pharmacy to transfer order to Starkville. very disappointing when you have to wait on hold for over 30 mins each time before even getting to speak with a staff member. doesnt matter if i call first thing when they open or mid day etc. the last 3 times ive called for any reason i havent spoken to somone before 35 min hold. this is not right you need to work on this and fix asap. especially when youre calling for a sick visit. otherwise staff is amazing and friendly when there in person.
