My child had 104 temp. Results took 48 hours for flu and strep result. It has been 72 hours and we still dont have a prescription. I've called multiple times and only 1 person can review and write up a script daily. What is the point of going to urgent care if you cant get treatment for a child.

Waited over an hour for my daughter to be seen, this was WITH an appointment and only two people in waiting room upon arrival. Seemed to get worse too, one dad was still with his baby (1yo) when we were leaving, poor baby seemed very ill and the staff gave them no urgency. Also we seemed to be grossly over-charged, my co-pay as it clearly states on medical card is $50 for urgent care, but instead they charged us over $160 and made it seemed like my daughter wouldn't be seen if we didn't agree to pay that.
