I read all reviews before I go somewhere, so I hope this helps! I went in as a new patient with a cracked tooth, less than 24 hours after I called to get an appointment. My orthodontist, Shine orthodontics recommend them since I’m not from the area. To my surprise they took my insurance, so that was a plus! Upon arriving, the building was easy to find, good parking! Of all the dentists I have gone to in my life Dr. Schwalbach is one of the best. The staff are also professional and personable. I had another crown put on just yesterday and after a single night it isn't even sore. I cannot recommend them enough. My children and I have come here for years and are happy to continue to.
Where do I begin? I have extreme dental anxiety. I went in knowing I needed 24 extractions, alveoplasty, upper and lower tori removal and a full set of dentures. I had previously scheduled with 3 other dentists for this procedure and backed out due to my anxiety. Let me tell you meeting with Dr. Kellie and Megan was AMAZING! When I tell you that Jess made my experience wonderful the to notch ever in customer service I mean it with my whole heart ❤️ Jess kept me informed of everything even before my appointment. She let me know instantly what I had to pay if anything, Jess was so amazing, then to top it off the staff was amazing to, Dr. KELLY was the upmost best denist I have ever been too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY!! What are you still waiting on, call them if you need denist work or just a cleaning 🤔.
