the apartment is well equipped, with good WiFi for working remotely. it is very central to all tourist attractions and easy commute to the beaches if needed via the tram. I would recommend this apartment and stay again

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown, location is great - walking distance from Kolonaki and the metro.

Apartment is very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. You will find lot of extra towels and bed linen. There are a lot of good bars and restaurants around, but there is no noise during the night. 30 minutes by foot to the center of Athens. Building is situated on the platform so it can be a little surprise. Host is very polite and attentive.
Check in was particularly easy and flexible. Clean flat. But extremely noisy neighbours during the night.

The hosts put a lot of thought and care into preparing the unit. It has a minimalist look with what looked to be new furnishings. The electric blinds allow you to block the sun during the day and cool the unit. The kitchen is nice to work in with updated appliances (including dishwasher) and plenty of dishes and utensils. I especially appreciated the generous welcome boxes that included cleaning supplies and snacks. The unit is very comfortable, and I highly recommend it.
DON’T BOOK THIS APARTMENT! The apartment was dirty, with dirty dishes and shit in the toilet. Broken amenities, stove top and washing machine! It completely destroyed our clothes. Bed was broken and the mattress fell out of the bed frame in the middle of the night! No warm water for more than 72+ hours! Clogged shower drains! Everything about my experience was HORRIBLE.
