Dear chipotle, I applaud you for your phenomenal service this morning. Although I walked through your doors at 10:40 when you open at 11 (not sure what I was thinking, I was an hour ahead) you guys hurried to prepare all the items so you could still serve my food. I was at home eating my bowl by 10:50. Now THAT is great customer service, and it does not go unnoticed.

The food isn't my problem it's the always waiting even when there isn't a line. Hire more associates guys
