The apartment was located in a nice area, a short walk for a bunch of good restaurants and really just around the corner there is a summer cinema, the apartment was clean and the communication with the host was easy all the time, comfortable beds and a welcome kit just give the place a plus to make you feel like home, highly recommended.
We loved this apartment. We were on the 3rd floor. It was a 3 bedroom with double beds but one bedroom only had a desk. Very spacious, very clean. Exactly like the photos. Nice balcony to have coffee outdoors. Kitchen had all appliances but only feedback missing is a coffee machine for those who Dont drink expresso. Otherwise, perfect! Bathroom spacious n has cupboard space. Bedrooms all AC’d with lots of cupboard space. Parking outdoors was so easy. Thank you Blueground for making our stay so pleasant.
Firstly, the operator gave us wrong instructions to open our lock box, we stood in 38deg heat for 25 mins trying to unlock a wrong box. Operator said she would call their maintenance guy and call me back. We never got a call back. We eventually found the right box. 10 mins later a very rude neighbour went crazy about parking in her parking outside the apartment. She was out of control angry. We apologized and said we would shift we were just unpacking our luggage. She closed us in with her car, refused to move until we gave ... read more
Our stay was like being at home. Property and amenities were great. Excellent professional support from booking to check-out (app, instructions, reminders, call center). Definitely in my top list for Athens.

The apartment is decent. I had unstable internet and the speed was very low. I had an average of 3 mb/s. The host left belongings from a prior guest in the home. I had problems that the host solved quickly. I found the user experience of needing to communicate with them in their own app outside of Airbnb to be poor. In the future I could rent with this host again but I’ll know going into it that they have big requirements on using their application and communicating outside of Airbnb to resolve issues.
