Been eating at Chipotle for years and always love it. Today was an exception. Went to the Fremont (Mowry) one and ended up with bland food(Rice was bland, beans had absolutely no flavor, chips have very little seasoning on them) and nasty dark guacamole that should've been tossed the day before. To top it off the lady tried to serve me really skimpy portions in my burrito until I asked her not to. Really surprising for the caliber of food that we normally expect from Chipotle.
Chipotle, off Sierra College, in Roseville, has consistently had the WORST burrito wrappers in your company. Please send someone to retrain the staff! Also? Tonight's order came with HALF an unmashed avocado. Unfortunately, this batch of guac was not made with "love." Sorry, last time I visit this place. Too bad I can't post pics of tonight's debacle of an order.
4/17/2015 --Bitter Experience with Chipotle (Automall pkwy).. got only HALF QUANTITY Veggie bowl for full price .. reached 8:45 pm.. they are in a hurry to close the show , 15 min before the closing time .. with missing ingredients.. Not compensated for the missing ingredients or didnot reduce the price ..
