This place was horrible!!! Service, horrible. There were at least 5 employees, and the lines were long, and the tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table when one of the workers was on his phone showing pics to another employee!!!!! Giggling and laughing the whole time, never once asked if they could clean a table or if we needed anything. There were no silverware, napkins!! It's just ridiculous! Surely the manager is 16!!! Ordered online. 2 kids meals, 2 burrito bowls and a "large" chips and guacamole. Arrived at 6.28pm for a 6.30pm pickup. Waited by the front counter for about 5 minutes (observed other people getting meals for their kids and being given kids chips with those meals, more on that in a moment), then asked for my order and was told to "go around back". Their food is awesome but this restaurant was filthy! It's been bad on prior visits but this visit was the worst! We won't go back.

It’s likely we caught them on a bad night, but we’re not in a hurry to try again. The entire crew made it clear they had other places and activities on their mind and didn’t want to be there. The restaurant was filthy and the trash overflowing. The restrooms were likewise filthy. The food was fine but not what you’d expect of a Chipotle. Overall, this was a disappointing visit made worse that we’ve not had it in a few years and were really looking forward to it. This location is trash . The employees are rude and non caring . My online order was incorrect I went in to have it fixed and the guy argued to say he know he made it correct . A “manager” guy with dark hair with some red and earring came up to ask what was wrong I explained and he said well I can remake it if I find something wrong with it but I wanna look at it so 2 employees are dissecting my order and then said I could keep it or they could remake it .
