Stopped by for a quick take out, and was pleasantly surprised. The line was long, but moved rapidly and the servers were extremely pleasant and did a great job. My only complaint was the small amount of parking, otherwise it was a great experience.

This restaurant has a very plain and uninviting atmosphere, both inside and outside. When I went recently, the line of people waiting to be served was very slow moving and it took longer than it should have to be served. There is nothing remarkable about the prices.the food is fairly decent, but this is a place to come and eat quickly and leave as soon as possible. I assume this is by design.

Not enough thoroughness- need more employees. Employees are moving customers down the line too fast and not being thorough! This is my to-go meal :-( Ugh!

I am a huge lover of Chipotle but was so disappointed with my first experience at the Westshore location. The staff was incredibly rude to myself and the other customers in the restaurant. The employees cared more about dancing around the restraunt, yelling at each other, and dropping expletives left and right. I was beyond disappointed by the service. I will never visit the location again.

On 7/13/2013, four of us visited this location; we all got different things which were acceptable but really fast food Mexican. The real problem was that all of us each ordered salsa and chips and the chips were bendable as they were not cooked long enough. We went back to the counter and the girl on the cash register bluntly said “We cook chips twice and day and offered NOTHING". We left and the more i thought about it, the more it bothered me. Not as clean as it could be. Standing in the rather long and slowly moving line recently, I witnessed the guy spooning rice wipe his nose with a long stroke of his arm, then continue serving rice. I mean, we all get an itch, but we don't all address it while we're serving rice,...to OTHER people. I'd have walked out if he hadn't returned to the back and someone else, whom I at least did not SEE wipe his nose while serving rice came to take his place before I got my rice. Lunch, Good and Fast. I stopped here for lunch after getting in to TPA. I got my usual, which is a burrito bowl with chicken. The food was good, consistent, and fast. My check was $9.76. Service was friendly and fast. No problems here.

It's a Chain. You can tell it's a chain the food is average but you get your money's worth. Not the best mexican not the worst. Good place to go to grab a quick lunch.

Used to be ok. But then I went back a couple times and it was not so good. Sure, seperatly all is fine but somehow they manage to turn all those decent ingredients into the bland tasteless finished product it becomes. I don't think I'll be going back.
