Quick casual Mexican chain that is all about burritos. A little bit standard by now, but still tasty and still violates B. Kliban's advice to never eat anything bigger than your head.

Chipotle is a place I could eat at every week (and I do!). The food is so fresh and healthy. I love how you get to watch your meal be artfully put together as you walk down the "preparation assembly line" and have everything you desire and nothing you don't put into your meal!! They are ecologically smart and they order their ingredients from worthy sources. This adds up to a happy belly & mind!
How can you not love Chipotle! The burrito bowl, or the burrito are the best fast food around.
