My company ordered as a group- went to pick up the order and not only were all all of the side orders were missing but the food was old and inedible!!! Guacamole brown, rice tasted old. I called to ask if we could have a refund on the items that were missed, spoke to Martin and was given the run around. I then asked for his supervisors contact info of which he was reluctant to give. Just watched a lady with gloves on her hands push down on the top of trash, wipe the counter off 3 times with her hands, and then fill the salad container by hand. She then proceeded to use the same dirty gloves to put lettuce and cheese on the person's burrito in front of me. Cancelled my order and talked to the manager. No wonder people are catching e.coli.
I just ordered a Sofritas and half way eating it, found a big piece of chicken in it. Although the manager offered a new one, I couldn't eat it anymore.
