We are from Colorado, the home of Chipotle and I can honestly say it's not the same. The cilantro lime rice was lacking flavor and the corn salsa wasn't even spicy. It was good but, it just wasn't right.😕
Made an online order set for 2:15. Arrived at 2:25 due to traffic and they still had not even started on the order, the girl that was preparing the food seemed to have an attitude, added minimal food, hardly any chicken in the bowls and barely any cheese throughout the entire order, light on the rice and buried everything under guacamole. Me and my coworkers go here once a week and I believe this will be the last time. We will end up going to moes from now on
Will never return to this location, we have always eaten here and love the food, but no changing table??? This is our first visit since having a baby and I'm amazed that even with two large single user bathrooms you couldn't put in a changing station!
I love chipotle, but tonight I was unable to enjoy my dinner that I payed $9 for due to the disgusting extremely burnt chicken I was served. The lady then proceeded to inform me that this is how they serve it here, burnt. Hahaha.
First time at this location. Terrible. Steak burritos had no flavor. Guac was turning brown and had a huge, hard, avocado slice and the flavor was differently each bite, clearly not mixed well. Bag of chips was low on chips compared to past and they were almost all crumbs. Not what I'd expect from Chipotle!
I have actually never eaten here before, but have wanted to try it for a while. I just wanted to warn everyone....Last night my daughter was approached by a woman at Sonic in Hueytown. The lady appeared frantic. She told my daughter that she was district manager of Chipotle, gave her name and showed an id of a Leslie Ratelle.
