I went to Chiplote for the first time on Monday, then went back Tuesday and Wednesday! The food is super yummy and convenient for me since my work is on the same street.. There is always a long line, so I am used to the wait. Today when I went the line was moving faster then normal. When I started paying attention it was a girl I had never seen before but was completely amazed how she sped up the whole process from the beginning of the line to the cashier.
