Just wanted to share my horrible experience. For starters I’ve been going to chipotle for years ever since I was in high school, literally love everything about it and have had so many good times there, in a way that place has always had some sentimental value. So sad that this is actually a restaurant claiming to be Chipotle. And honestly I've been to three different ones in Nashville and they are all the same here. Out of guacamole, no veggies. Etc. no longer my go to since moving here. Y'all need lessons from California stores.
Worst customer "service" than any place I've ever been. If you like Chipotle, try the one on White Bridge Road.
Chipotle is hands down my favorite quick service, but perhaps not this location. I drove 20 minutes at 38 weeks preggo to satisfy my burrito craving. When I went to order, the woman working told me there was no black beans. I offered to wait if some were coming, but she said she wasn't sure. I looked around at a very dead restaurant and noticed dirty dishes everywhere (in the kitchen, who cares about the dining room). I settled on no beans and got home to eat my burrito. I love Chipotle, and I pick up food to go from this restaurant a few times per month. I refused to buy into all of the media hype about the chain because I personally choose to eat non-GMO and I know what a "threat" Chipotles profits are to all of the other chain restaurants that choose to poison us with toxic chemicals, additives and preservatives and how they will go to any length to destroy Chipotle. It was my first visit. The ingredients were Fresh but there's nothing Mexican about the food. Weird choices of ingredients. I won't go back.
