All fat in the barbacoa. Service was great but product has me gagging and disappointed to waste 10 on rice and tortillas.
They ran out of food and waited until the last minute to inform the cooks what they were low on. They ran out chips and had to make a new batch. This was in the evening around dinner time so they should have been prepared for the dinner crowd.
The guacamole was nasty. I'll post a picture on the comments.
The interior was really filthy. Garbage cans overflowed. Tables needed cleaning. Floors were littered with good and trash making for sticky steps. That said. I ordered and ate my tacos. The food is tasty. No dispute there. Just needs cleaning.
Put in a pick up order for 1pm. got there at 1pm. didn't leave until 1:35. It should not take 35 minutes to pick up a to-go order. Their pick-up line is a joke. No structure. people just kept walking in the door and cutting in line. The man who was in charge of the to- go orders also "couldn't find" my orders. So he helped everybody else in line before he came back to us. Get it together, Chipotle. Also, my chips are stale.
I LOVE chiptole, but this location need improvement asap! I purchase 4 bowls, totaling 30.00 and rice was UNDERCOOKED, didn't have Pork meat, and the portion size was way too small. I am seriously considering NOT patronizing this location anymore,smh! I did not enjoy my meal AT ALL as I usually do. Who want hard rice? ....then visit this location
