I LOVE Chipotle, but the Ford location is absolutely awful. It has been awful consistently through staff turnover, after staff turnover. This is especially disappointing when compared with the excellent service and quality offered at other locations. Corporate has clearly never been to this location...
Dissapointing if you order online. My last two burritos were atrocious. Extra steak got me less then the average reagular steak ammount when ordered in store. My most recent burrito was nothing but white rice. Forgoing the fact I ordered brown rice, I feel robbed of the extra 2.50 I've twice been swindled out of. Do Not Do Online Orders. Tomorrow will be the last time I go here, for a refund.
Been there twice, both times dissapointed. First time food had no flavor and second time rice was hard and the guacamole had a big piece of avocado skin
