If it allowed me to give zero stars I would. Two words: FOOD POISONING
I love this location. They have the best staff. We purposely drive to this one even though we live in Apple Valley but it seems like they are consistently out of salad dressing. :-( you should be able to order a salad at anytime during open hours. It does not make sense to not have an item unavailable when everything else is.
I LOVE Chipotle but am getting frustrated with online ordering, my food was to be ready at 6 it's now 616 and they are just starting it #unbelievable #happensallthetime
I'm not one to complain but just had the Worst service I ever had at any chipotle. Usually dine there weekly some times a couple times a week and last few months it's been getting worse and worse. Today's steak bowl looked like should of belonged on kids menu. Better make some changes or your going to lose business.
Worst chipotle Evah! They were out of fajitas, chicken, steak and rice! On top of it they were unapologetic and were unwilling to substitute without a charge! Unbelievable!
Found a bug in my food, I called them and they said that the didn't believe me. I have the bug still in the bowl. so much for great customer service or even caring about the publics well-being.
Terrible service, unfriendly staff, food just lacks flavor and they never have any limes! Waste of money and time....
Slow. Terrible. Walked out twice without getting food. Some of the most snotty, incompetent workers I have ever seen. I will never step foot in this location again.
Slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. They also give you less then everywhere I've ever been.
