This Woodbury location is better than the other I don't know why but the food is always better. Due to food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy) the only restaurant I eat at often is Chipotle. I have been to them all over the US several times. Sophia took my order on 4/23 and she was absolutely exceptional. It is hard to find excellent customer service and she is absolutely top notch! Really good food. I had the salad and it was fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful and acted glad to see me!!

I just wanted to say how unbelievably impressed I was with the staff here today! The two ladies working at the front were engaging, polite, and excelled in customer service. One even took the time to come and make sure we were enjoying our food!!! It's been a long time since something like this has happened!! Good job ladies!
The place needs a major cleaning pretty nasty in there
Visiting from CA and experienced "Minnesota Nice" today. I ordered food this evening and when I payed my card was declined due to failure to notify my bank I was out of state. While I attempted to contact my bank to authorize the transaction, the wonderful cashier came up to me and told me the manager would Comp our food. Amazing customer service and very thoughtful. We will definitely be back.
We love Chipotle. If the prices went down it would be even better! The people working in Woodbury are usually quite friendly which is always refreshing.
