I generally love chipotle but today they messed up our dinner to-go order, which is incredibly frustrating when I order for our family of 5. To start I came in and they were "out of" hard shells then a minute later they came and said they were almost done and if I wanted to wait, and I did because my oldest ordered hard shells. My husband asked for double meat and it was put in my 9year olds burrito instead, making his a little too big and my husbands too small. Today, I stupidly forgot my chips somehow as I was leaving the restaurant with my to-go order. I went back in & asked to purchase chips, explaining my blunder. They effortlessly said "it happens", and gave me a new bag. It's the little things. Thanks for trusting me & making my day better!
