Burnt chicken hard fajita veggies with too much salt oh And they don't have the balls to fire employees they just write them off the schedule!!
I didnt like the fact that they charged my son 1.00 for a one ounce cup of rice. When I asked for a side of rice thats what he gave him. I am extremely dissapointed.
We waited in line 35 minutes! Extremely disorganized and employees were not working at "stations" to move you thru the line quickly. I will not be returning.
I love Chipotle, however this location in Hopkins, MN is frequently 10-25 minutes late in opening for the day which inconsiderately wastes their patrons' time during their lunch breaks during their work day. I would appreciate corporate or management to address this issue at this particular location. I normally do not write reviews but this is a consistent problem at this location which really needs to be addressed and resolved. Thank you.
I love chipotle but this location is not great. Today some employees were not using gloves with good and others were kept using their cell phones while chipping the lettuce. Not sanitary! They had the phones plugged into the wall even and kept grabbing them.
Do you like waiting 10-20 min in line? Do you like ordering but they are always out of ingredients so you get to wait longer ? Do you like a very light topping of meat? Well this is the place for you . Always short staffed. Showed up at 11am today and finally got through the line at 11:25 and the chicken wasn't done and the peppers and onions didn't even get started. Worst Chipotle in the Metro.
Food is fine, but please staff your restaurant appropriately. Why there is only 1 person making food and 1 cashier during peak hours is really frustrating. Unfortunately this has happened the last 3 times I've visited. Probably will be going to a different location in the future.
