The queso was watery, tasteless and gritty. How do you make queso gritty? There was beef mixed in with my chicken. The fajita veggies were cold. The meat for my son's taco was cold when we sat down. The cheese in my daughter's quesadilla was not melted. The tables were all dirty. The floor had tons of food on it. Pretty bad all around.
Service was subpar at best, the gal at the register was more interested in chatting with her Boyfriend then attending to customers. Had a burrito that was so over stuffed that it break open and was not able to be picked up, had to be eaten with a fork off of the tinfoil.
I LOVE Chipotle! But why is it every time I come to the Maple Grove location the food is ALWAYS cold. Rice-cold, meat (got 1 bowl chicken 1 bowl steak)- both cold, beans - cold. I have to put it into a separate bowl to heat up. And I went out to eat because I didn't want to prepare food or wash dishes.
How on earth does Chipotle run out of the rice we have all come to love. Nothing like waiting in line for 10 minutes to be told that you are out of a key ingredient. Thanks for the waste of time.
