Chris executed my original loan with amazing communication and expertise. That experience was so smooth I barely remembered I was financing the house! He proactively called me recently to suggest I refinance and after looking the numbers over he got me an incredible deal - so much so that I had to question it as too good to be true - and then again executed it so smoothly I almost forgot we were doing it. Chris is my guy.
The entire refinance process from beginning to end was easy and thorough. Chris was responsive whenever we had questions, and his communications and directions to us were always crystal clear; no ambiguity whatsoever.
