It's not easy for anyone to earn ALL highest marks, but that is exactly what Chris did. Our experience with Chris's assistance was as pleasant as is any mortgage application can be. We had ups and downs with the final "up" being we are in our beautiful new home. One of the things we appreciated the most was how Chris kept us informed as the process was going on. This is our second home we have purchased through Chris. He has been very helpful and friendly through both processes. Turning what is typically a stressful pressure cooker of deadlines and doubt into a fairly straightforward process. Our interest rate this time is sky high due to many factors but I know he coached us through to the best possible outcome and will be very helpful when the time comes to refinance.
