Chris was extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us to understand the different factors and options we were waiting for our appraisal which had a chance to come in low, and gave good advice in a way that was very easy to understand as a new home buyer. He also pretty much drove the closing process for us, making sure our realtor, title company, and insurance companies were where they needed to be in the process, and letting us know every step of the way what we needed to do and when we needed to do it.
Chris is an incredible Loan Officer. Chris offers excellent customer service and is extremely helpful when qualifying my valued clients and he does not get discouraged or throw in the towel after running into adversity.
