Chris made the whole process pain free and zero stress. He was quick and productive and excellent with updates and progress reports. My realtor even wanted his name so she can reach out to him to be able to refer clients to him. The only reason I did not give him full marks was because I wasn't really explained/told about how I could pay to drop points. Maybe this is my own fault for not doing more research into how mortgages work. Or maybe because I asked Chris to expedite the mortgage.

At every turn, anytime we had a question, they were there to answer our questions and guide us along the way. Even though this was our second time buying a home, it is still a confusing and lengthy process and they made this entire purchase completely smooth and easy to navigate. We cannot recommend this lender enough!
Chris made my first home buying experience stress-free and always had very open communication with me. Whenever I had a question, he answered it with the most understandable language possible and always made sure I was on the same page throughout the whole process. I really enjoyed working with him!
